    "message": "Decide track ownership by db priority, not by read order (#137)\n\nReading a db track list handed that db every track it has a file for, even when a db of higher priority already owned the track: the merge in load_track_list() marked whatever was in memory as overridden without comparing db indices. An overriding write forces exactly that read, since unload_track() touches every track list file so the overridden copy can be picked up again, so emr_track.create/import with override = TRUE reliably undid itself on the next refresh.\n\nThree ways that surfaced: reads fell back to the overridden copy and silently returned old data; the track was attributed to the wrong db, so the next write to its own db rewrote that db track list without it, stranding a .nrtrack that emr_track.exists cannot see and that made rebuilds fail with \"File ... already exists\"; and emr_track.rm deleted the overridden copy, in another db, rather than the overriding one.\n\nThe merge now compares db priority: a db of lower priority only records that it holds a copy too, and never takes the track over. TrackInfo::dbs, which carries that cascade, is rebuilt from the filesystem in load_track(), which also repairs entries left by earlier versions. Disconnecting a db drops it from the cascade.\n\nAlso from review: load_track() scans every db rather than only those of lower priority, and warns when one that outranks it holds an unregistered file; a shadowed entry is recorded with its own file mtime rather than the owning db one; add_db() returns early for a db that is not connected.\n\ntest-x_multiple_db.R had six assertions failing on this on master; they pass now, alongside three new tests.",
